The Casaware bakeware features a brown granite-colored ceramic coating on the easy-to-clean baking surface. The coating has a rich blend of dark brown and tan flecks, giving the bakeware a high-fashion and high-function appearance. The exterior of the pans is coated with a non-stick brown finish that can withstand high temperatures.

Before first use, it is recommended to remove all packaging materials and labels, and wash the pans in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly with a soft cloth. Plastic, rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils are recommended for use with the pans, as sharp objects or metal utensils can scratch the non-stick surface. It is advised to remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting.

To clean the pans, allow them to cool completely before washing. Hand wash using a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleansers or liquid dishwashing soap in warm water. Rinse and then dry with a soft towel.

The set includes a 7 x 11 x 1.5-inch Baking Pan, a 9 x 5 x 3-inch Loaf Pan, and a 10 x 7.5 x 1-inch Mini Muffin Pan (12 Cup). The pans' blue granite ceramic coating, over a 0.6 mm heavier weight carbon steel body, provides long-lasting durability and scratch resistance. The pans are heat-tolerant up to 536°F, with no peeling or blistering in high temperatures.

The ceramic coating used in the Casaware bakeware is FDA, California Proposition 65, and European Union approved, and is free of cadmium, lead, PFOA, PTFE, and PFOS. The pans feature Casaware's ceramic non-stick technology, and hand washing is recommended. Do not immerse the pans in water or microwave them.
